Terms & Conditions

Launchifyy provides website development, digital marketing, AI integration, and related services as described in our packages. Delivery timelines begin after receipt of full payment and completed onboarding form from the client.

Estimated delivery times are: Starter (2–3 days), Business Launch (5–7 days), AI Growth Package (7–15 days). These are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a split payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Every package includes 2 free revision rounds. A revision is defined as minor changes to existing content, colors, or layout — not a complete redesign. Additional revisions are available at ₹999 per round.

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of the initial delivery. Revision requests submitted after this period may be treated as new project requests.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, logos, and images within 48 hours of payment. Delays in content submission will proportionally delay delivery timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered website and all custom assets created for their project. Launchifyy retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Launchifyy's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
